Came at a time that was delusionally late and somehow got the greatest customer service I've ever had, staff were extremely pleasant and the specific staff member on the drive thru went above and beyond to make sure my needs well metnnMcChicken was the greatest thing I had ever eaten, a genuine work of art that rivaled the Mona-Lisa and put Shakespeare to shame,nthe sprite almost had me speaking in tongues it was so good and overall I had a generational experience. I have seen the light and WILL be back againnn10/10
ProsnnLovely salty chips when compared to other McDonald's can vary, really good coca cola yes I know all fast food places just carry the coke syrup not actual coke and then just add water to the syrup but this McDonald's must have put a tiny bit less water in it so it was nice and sweetnnConsnnDid get the order wrong a bit had to drink black coffee even though I asked for milk but was nicer than I remembernnAlso its usually jam packed at rush hour traffic sort of an oxymoron but still true
Ordered breakfast for myself and my son this morning through the app. The delivery driver was really rude and trying to deliver my food to my next door neighbour even though the address was clearly mine on the app. The food was cold, no syrup for the pancakes and even though I'd ordered 2 mango smoothies and paid extra, we recieved 2 cokes. Absolutely shocking service. Not the first time this has happened and nobody answers the phone. We'll not be back
Unfortunately I have to go here every week as it's the kids choice for a treat and it's the same story every week where something is missing from the order when you return home. Sick having to return to complaining and receive missing items so I will avoid completely from here on, although Bangor isn't much better!
How hard is it for staff to read. Well lol we are taking about kids out of school no education what so ever. But other staff should be ashamed. How can you get missing food all the time well that’s another refund coming back and money lost they don’t care about that. But over the last few months what a joke of a place. Manager what are you doing to sort this out. Do you want to or do you not care. It’s one or the other to tell people please.nnTo the manager get it sorted out staff missing food that’s theft of peoples money at the start. To to honest. Nothing will get done I would rather drive a bit further to get food then go to the local ones and no it’s not McDonald’s..well in the beginning McDonald’s was stolen from the McDonald’s brothers so the theft continues simple as that..
