Absolutely rubbish, Lucky to get 1 star. I have just ordered a fish supper in Ards, got it home less than 5min drive chips were the dregs of the basket the fish was tasteless and very greasy plus not exactly warm, the whole meal?? went in the bin. Second time I have been in this shop and last order was sausage supper last year, was also disaster so thought I would give it another chance as it’s closest to home. Sorry but today was my last visit and no recommendations from me. Prices are high enough without having to throw awful takeaways in the bin.

Thought I'd treat Dad by getting take-out from somewhere new, but it was a complete letdown.  First off customer service was awful; staff lounging around while we were wanting to order.  The price, £18 for 2 burger meals, rip off.  When we got home, the portions were tiny, I've seen larger kid's meals elsewhere and the quality was moderate at best. Would not recommend to anyone and certainly won't be going back myself.

After work called to Newtownards shop, never again the 5oz steak burger well lets just say McDonald simple ham burgers would put this burger to shame,  hubby is still hungry, my chips and gravy well not one chip was cooked ended up in the bin absolutely disappointed  and the price shocking. Will never be back!

Best fish and chips in the area and great value, especially with midweek deals.

Visited for full breakfast and well worth the wait. Cooked to order so expect to wait a little longer than your local garage for churned out rubbish, this is as good as it gets for a breakfast and very good value.

I been here a few times, my with thinks are the best chips in Ards. I've never had a bad meal, always a consistent high standard. The staff are nice as well. So stay away!! I don't want bigger queues .

£3.30 for a small chip that supposedly would feed 2 people according to the employee I spoke to on the phone!!! We got just slightly more chips than you would get for FREE if you had ordered a battered sausage! Will NOT be back and would not recommend at all! Disappointed and mad at extortionate price and amount of chips!! We have ate from Castlereagh John Dory’s before and I wrongly presumed the Newtownards branch would have similar standards! How wrong I was!!
