Phoned to place an order for gluten free fish tonight at 6pm, was told it would be ready at 6.45, went to collect it at 6.50 and it hadn't even been placed in the fryer, I was told the fryer needed to be brought up to temperature and when I stated that I had phoned 50mins previously to give plenty of time the guy on the till said "well you can have your money back if you want" - so rude!

Thee shop is bright the staff are friendly and the menu is cooked fresh and tastes great and reasonably priced
