Just what Ards needed. The half chicken meal is outstanding. So are the Peri Peri wings. Much better than KFC and Nandos. Haven't tried anything else, but that is my two cents on those items. This is an update from my experience on 24th January. I ordered a hot wing meal and an extra portion of Peri Peri wings. Got the delivery and noticed it had another address on the package. Opened it to find out it did not contain my order. Called Chicken Shack but no answer. I paid £14 and all I got was a chicken burger, chips and a tin of coke. Was extremely disappointed. Called the next day and got no answer. Rang a few more times and still got the same result. I paid all that money only to get the equivalent of a small child's meal. Not happy. So someone got a belter of a meal. And I got theirs. I won't be back. A simple mistake that could of been rectified. But they chose not to. Didn't even answer my calls see. I'm guessing they had caller ID, knew they messed up and didn't want to deal with me.
Shocking service travelled from Bangor made an order for 7 item's, returned home to find not one but three items left out of the order. This ment another trip back to Newtownards whilst the rest of the food had to be placed in the oven. Tried to phone the shop but phone just kept ringing. Waste of time and petrol, I will never use again. Not Recommended!
Chicken was cold and dry but the chips where warm I did open the gravy it had oil on top of it. Chicken was vary salty and the burger bap was hard.
Disgusting food. Chicken that was served was definitely from days ago and very very overpriced for an awful takeaway. We both felt sick after eating from here and it's a surprise this place is still even open. Don't go here.
Placed order when we got home they had forgotten to put in some of the order. Certainly not as good as kenkucky fried chicken.
One of my favourite places to get food in Ards, x100 better than KFC

Now doing deliveries to ards, conlig and comber. Excellent service and amazing food
Bit salty but nice, prices have just gone up, three basic meals cost me £20.
