Went here at 2am last night after a flight hoping for quick service and some hot food, however the staff didn’t seem to care. There was around 8 staff on including a manager and there was just us inside the building ordering. It took 25 minutes for one single order of which they still did not get right.nStaff seem too busy chatting and having a laugh instead of doing their simple job.nnI also asked for a burger with no onions and still received onions. Not impressed will never be back here.
Arrived at this McDonald at 5am for breakfast, felt disgusted straight away at the litter in the car park and restaurant.And to the food main reason for going double bacon egg McMuffin meal cold hash brown soaked in oil ,boiled bacon and cold egg horrible.Do yourself a favour and go to greggs for breakfast
Had a family meal on Saturday 27th, my fries were cold and on going to the counter and informing the staff member who was subsequently the manager I was asked how long I had them for. I replied about 5 mins. The manager then became embroiled in an argument with me regarding the fries rather than just say sorry and get some new ones. I stated I would return all the food and ask for a refund and that she and her staff don’t know the difference between serving hot and cold food. Poor service and attitude.
this is shocking i ordered a mcflurry and it came half full i then sent it back and it had not been filled , i ordered a burger and all i tasted was pepper if i wanted a peppery burger i would of asked for extra pepper all i can taste is pepper it’s disgusting, my chips were soggy and too salty wich could have leaded too a stroke or heart attack. absolute disgrace. i usually enjoy my mcdoanlds but today i did not.
The food was cold, the chips were soft and soggy, and mmhalf my order was missing. There was one member of staff who took payment, her customer service was excellent sadly didn't get her name, it's a shame that doesn't rub off on the rest of the staff. Wouldn't recommend it, won't return.
