Ok enough is enough, time for a review of this place. I do appreciate that there have been visible improvements to this KFC site, however I can't let another order with missing items go without a complaint. Every single time you put in an order with more than one meal you get shafted out of some of it. It's impossible to take out everything from the bag and go through every box in front of the staff with a takeaway so you just have to go home and see what you got from the KFC tombola.
Ordered 2 zinger box meal, 1 large popcorn chicken for kids and 10 hot wings at drive through.nAfter got home, didn’t find popcorn chicken in the bag, and only 2 hot wings instead of 10. Everybody is upset as food missing has happened twice in one month. Would suggest to have a supervisor to check before handling over to customer.
Orders are constantly incorrect, time after time the staff seem just so incompetent and unable to fulfil an order correctly. But in store drive-through and Uber eats. Especially with Uber this is infuriating as there’s no way to then receive the items you are missing and are constantly out of pocket incompetent staff are literally robbing customersnInside the building is also absolutely filthy and the toilets are disgustingn.
Ordered 2 meals through drive thru. Staff member didn't listen and put order through separately, so ended up paying 31 pounds for 2 meals. When we got our order it wasn't even what we wanted. Didn't want to waste time going back so we just left it
Place is unorganised. Never busy but still wait a while for orders .nNeeds streamlined no welcoming smiling faces in here , the staff all look miserable
