This is a relatively new BK. It does everything you'd expect of BK and had the full menu. It also had a self serve drinks machine for all fizzy drinks. This place also has a drive through. Despite being lunch time neither the drive through or the restaurant were busy. The staff were polite enough and efficient. If you are heading into Edinburgh or the north from Peebles or the Borders then this is probably one of the most convenient BK's you can stop off in.

Just been through the drive through and was served by John, he was so polite and looked like he was serving the drive through and counter inside but still gave good service :)

Sorry to say I was not impressed with my visit today. There was a wait of twenty minutes to get served and then another twenty minute wait to get the food. People who were behind me in the queue were getting their meals before me. Perhaps it was there were not enough staff. On a positive the food was good when we did get it.

Been to this store a large number of times due to family love for the chain and proximity. This however is the ONLY reason i visit. The wait time is ALWAYS atrocious regardless of how many staff or customers there are on site and mistakes are common place. Due to medical dietary restrictions the only thing i personally get is milkshakes or icecream while family get their food... However, out of countless visits i have managed to get these only 3 times dues to icecream and milkshake machines being off. Food is usual burger king standard so quite good if not over priced. Parking is good and there is a drive through. Cash and cards accepted and there is wheelchair access and disabled parking aswell as toilets male, female and disabled.

Was in burger king straiton today and was disgusted at the service,the store was quiet and there were 3 members of staff standing chatting and it took about 7 or 8 mins before they broke up and served.I asked for a plain whopper with extra mayo and git to table to discover it had lettuce tomato and onion and pickle on it i didnt take it bk as we waited long enough first time round,then went to get a fanta from the drinks machine to find both drinks machines had a limited drinks in them only dr pepper and diet coke available.I dread to think of what would have happened if the store was busy
