Food and sauce everywhere on the floor and tables food towering the bins staff member takes awhile to clean at least 30 min or more, no one is ever at the tills takes at least 15 minutes for them to order my food they would act like they cant see us, there would be at least 7-8 workers around the area and would look/stare at you as your in front of the till waiting to order your food but wont even budge to order your food. McFlurrys has been off for days for no reason which is annoying since I'm not down for a while and i do want to try the new McFlurrys , food is alright sometimes does take time.
I recently visited McDonald's Holyhead to get my usual order, a Big Mac with bacon. However, I was shocked and disappointed when I discovered there was no bacon on the burger. To make matters worse, there was milkshake all over the burger because the server “skye” had apparently dropped it in my bag. she basically growled at me as she handed me my food. 0 customer service skills.nnI went back through the drive-thru to complain and was met by a rude staff member named Amy at the first window, who shockingly told me that it was my fault and that they couldn’t offer a refund because they “don’t have any money.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.nnI then went inside to speak to the manager, Emma, to escalate my complaint, and things only got worse. She told me she needed to take a bite out of my food to verify my complaint. I couldn't believe the level of service here.nnThis is hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's, and I won’t be returning. The staff’s behavior was appalling, and the quality control was non-existent. Very disappointed!
The service was good, the food was hot, if you fancy something quick, then here is good. Very helpful staff this time I went here, which I was happy with. Last time I came was not a very good experience. I will be more than happy to return. Has toilets available here. Disabled parking. Good for a pit stop stretch the legs, have food, drink and go bathroom before a long journey either South, East & West & on to the ferrys.
One staff was huffing and puffing with frustration while I had to squeeze past her near the toilet. She was quite wide.nnFor some reason they didn't refill the straws or milk or vinegar sachets at self service rather you have to ask for them.nnFood was lovely other staff were nice enough if not a bit miserable looking.
Horrendous service, 16 minute wait for 2 cheese burgers and a milk shake, the burgers were awful and dry and tasteless. the shake was basically just foam.nIt was dirty with food on the floor,i will never go back there ever.
