I had a great experience at KFC thanks to Laura and Peter. They were both fantastic—really friendly, helpful, and made everything run smoothly. It’s always nice to be served by people who clearly care about their job and the customers. Big thanks to both of them for the excellent service!
Terrible meal although this might have been a one off as I have never been before. And who writes good reviews about fast food establishments? I’ll be honest, I never have but I’ve never felt the need to write a bad review of one either.nBut I got off the ferry, had a four hour drive ahead of me and turned off into the retail park. I walked in and ordered and it was only when I went to sit down that I realised most of the empty tables were filthy and hadn’t been wiped. The first seat I went to sit on had ketchup on it. It was 9:15pm, not particularly busy but it looked like half an hour earlier there might have been 100 school kids involved in a St Trinian’s type food fight. The more I looked the worse it got. The food arrived and it wasn’t very nice. The burger was lukewarm warm, the loaded fries were not at all nice but maybe that’s what they are like as it was my first time ordering them and I can honestly say the only part of my meal which was passable was the coleslaw. The only Dr inks available were sugar free which I personally don’t like but maybe that’s the norm too? Or the other options had run out? The table next to me which was one of 4 tables occupied seemed to have a dispute about their meals not being correct and a lack of salt and the guy said something a like “we’ve been very busy” but I may have misunderstood, I don’t think the family at that table were very happy either. There did look to be someone possibly about to mop a floor as I left but a quick sweep up every so often wouldn’t go amiss. The floor was littered in the debris from the earlier “food fight” or just hadn’t been swept all day.nSorry guys but that was appalling, I felt like I was eating my not very nice dinner in a rubbish tip.
This is my local kfc and it’s not the greatest, vs to other kfc the gravy is thick like a yougurt and always has been, I love kfc gravy but seeing it like this throws me on edge. I ordered one singular gravy and it took ages to come in the end I got up and asked for it as my food was going cold bare in mind I was in front of everyone and they were still serving everyone, food is decent dosent taste to fresh to be honest. The atmosphere is good to be fair it’s a decent size with many table options, just please work on the service and food. I was also stood to pay and loads of staff went past and acted like I wasn’t there. staff are very rude
Had a great experience at KFC in Holyhead! The chicken was fresh and hot, with perfectly flaky skin that added the right amount of crunch. The gravy was thick, rich, and savory. Exactly how it should be. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the visit even better. Super clean toilets. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area and craving some comfort food! Thank you from Texas
This KFC in Holyhead is one of the best in North Wales. The food is served fresh. I have had KFC in a near by city of Bangor but I dont think they ever change their frying oil. This KFC serves you the real KFC as it should be served. The service is absolutely spot on .. very polite staff and team members specially Maria. She came to is and ask if everything was alright. 10/10 for customer service and for food. Keep up the good work guys
