This is a great little restaurant with great staff. They are always polite even when we have witnessed locals giving them abuse through the drive through window. I really do commend their behaviour and professionalism when faced with this drunken violence and abuse. It goes without saying, really, but the food is also really good.

2 times our drive through order has been completely wrong. Lots of items missing. Eating in is nice there though.

I love KFC but the one in Holyhead is horrible chicken is too dry the mayonaise taste very sour so could be out of date and the gravy is very citrusy any other KFC thumbs up but this one is naff

Used to love this place. Staff are great but the food has gone down hill since all this change of supplier malarkey

I am shocked ONCE MORE that again the Holyhead KFC is not serving some hot drinks after several months... Me and my partner have been there several times and spent lots of money.. Expecting to have a complete meals.... And so many times my partner upset cause she cant have hot drink.... Very disappointed!!!!! And ATTITUDE of staff about it!! Shaking shoulders and rolling eyes!!!
