Filthy restaurant and rude staff. The restaurant was completely empty when we visited, and yet every table was dirty and the floor was so greasy you could slide across it. Yet despite giving the floor a much needed mopping, the staff had actually put wet floor signs out. Another family came in shortly after us and the first thing they said was “the floor is so slippery!”nI asked for a cloth and spray so I could clean our table, and only then did a member of staff use her initiative and badly clean a few tables. The food was brought over by a miserable looking woman, when we said thank you she replied with an unintelligible grunt. Whilst we were eating it was obvious the staff were talking about us, rather than giving the vile restaurant a good clean. The food was cold and lacked flavour, almost £40 for a horrible experience. I'm not sure what they put in the chicken at Holyhead KFC but it was amazing. The fries were the best I've had at a KFC. Definitely worth the 3 hour drive. 10/10 would come back.
It was an amazing KFC compared to others, the cleanliness was perfect and the atmosphere was lovely. I would recommend the jubilee street party meal but it is gone after tommorrow. Overall a lovely place and loved the time here
I visited KFC Holyhead with my family on Saturday night. Unfortunately, my 2 year old became unwell & the staff there were amazing in their response & cleaned up for us. It was their ‘can do’ attitude to the situation & their genuine concern that really shone through. They couldn’t have done more to help us during a challenging situation. Thank you! Xx
If you buy food over the counter, rather than ordering in advance or using the automatic kiosks you are required to pay cash only no reason given as to why.nThe KFC was almost empty when I visited so service was no problem.nI left with my purchase only to be chased by the assistant as I had not been given all of my order. On checking when I got home the kids chips and ice cream were missing.nMy wife felt her meal was overly greasy, but my daughter, son-in-law, and two granddaughters were satisfied.nFrankly I have been to better KFC branches, so am rather disappointed.
