This place came recommended. An absolute gem. The best Mexican food I have ever encountered in the UK. Should be, as the owner is Mexican. Super food. Good wine. Best service. I cannot understand why this establishment is not heaving. Excellent place. If you are in the area, do try it. Just superb.

Lovely food. Seemed a 2 girl outfit, one cooking, one serving. Food clearly home cooked (don't know where the other reviewer got uncle ben's rice from, wonder if he's a rival). Place is small, and restaurant is above a tea room. Will definitely be going back.

Was led upstairs when restaurant was empty. Upstairs had a very noisy fridge and was very hot. The food here is quite strange, it may be from packets but can't be sure. However the rice is definitely microwave uncle Ben's. Also we noticed the sauce was out of date even though it was brand new and unopened. Apart from the nice chap who served us, this place has no redeeming features. But I did get offered a sombrero to wear if that helps you measure how good the good will be!

Loved the quality of the food, I had a very tasty Burito all freshly made. Upper dining room is small but quite pleasant, service was good but a tad slow however it's a small place and the waitress was working her socks off. Will definitely be coming back.
