7.30pm Sat evening: 1 person off-&-on the till, we were next in line but waited for over 5 minutes to be served. While we waited, Sarah the manager walked around telling everyone how everyone had hit their targets. Having been served, most of the food arrived promptly except a cheese-only Grand Big Mac and 4 milkshakes. The milkshakes arrived 5 minutes after the rest of the food. The 2 vanilla milkshakes both had chocolate in them. Extremely disappointing as normally a good service.

Food served HOT and excellent service.... APART FROM BEING DISAPPOINTED BY THE COFFEE I ASKED FOR. WANTED A LATTE AND GOT A BLACK COFFEE.. BUMMER!!

WOW!!! Macky D's strikes again. 2 "Big Macs", 1 a Big Mac meal. Both served perfectly HOT. Only disappointment was, the "LATTÉ" which I drove to Carrickfergus for, ended up being a very ordinary cup of BLACK coffee. The queues were so huge that I wasn't going to spend my while visit waiting. Shame. That's all it takes to spoil a meal.

I uses to eat the burgers but its not consistent enough in giving me fresh burgers as they taste much better than the rubber ones that sit in the pass, for however long. However, they have the best coffee by far so that's my usual stop for a cappa!

The food and cleanliness of restaurant was great but had to wait to long to get food served. A lot of staff but also a lot of carrying on and chatting between them.
