Mixed experience here. Generally staff are usually polite. It's worth 4 star though because if you have an issue then management are good at sorting it out. Stick with the drive-thru bit.

They never automatically offer napkins at the drive-through. You always have to ask. Oh, and most of the time there are no milkshakes because the machine is always broken.

Just been today at about 1615 and was completely astonished at the extremely poor customer service this McDonald's delivered. Was given the wrong order and because I raised this and had to shout 4 times as the operator had turned there back on me, I was told "you must have paid for the wrong order" like it was my fault!! I was asked for my card again and without explanation and the operator disappeared with it (must have gone to clone it). Again no explanation! I asked where have you been with my card, she said to pay for my order, I said I have already paid, have I now paid twice, she disappeared again and came back and said ohh your card didn't go through (same card went through the second time!!) Ok I said Can I have some milk an sugar please, she said out loud I don't know where the milk and sugar is!!! What sort of training dose McDonald's give it's staff. Not one, sorry Outrageous service

Took a short while for the order to come through,it wasn't quite lunchtime.There was no sachets of milk for the tea so the staff had to pour it instead.Once we'd settled down and had our meal it did taste nice,there was also a phone and tablet charger station so that was a big bonus,So in the whole apart from the wait for my Order overall the ok remark does not give it justice,it would have had at least a 4 star rating,the Car Parking though pretty small so wouldn't receive a 5 ⭐in my opinion 😃😃😃

Nice tasty big Mac meal, used drive through, service was fast and polite, was unhappy that I went there for the monopoly promotion and wasn't given the promotion stickers as advertised, I contacted McDonald's who said that happens sometimes and they cannot gaurentee they have the promotion packaging, wasn't very professional and the promotion is very misleading. Enjoyed the food though.
