So we ordered 2 cups of tea, watch them make it, was left in the drinks waiting area for at least 10 mins for a so called supervisor to hand my wife the drink 15 mins later, my wife requested for fresh as they had been sitting for ages, he had the cheek to tell my wife he just made them. How can you tell the customer who pays your wage a lie disgusting they were all to busy hugging each other and chatting bad behaviour
Really well presented. The staff where very nice and helpful and the food was lovely and hot. Just what you need for a cold, wet morning
Absolutely awful... Quiet morning 2 customers in the store as well as me and I have to wait 10 minutes for the manager to make my 2 flatbread breakfast wrap and roll to be made and when it arrives I find I have to wait extra time for them to cook an egg for my roll which I specifically put down to have removed... So ended up burning my fingers on the freshly cooked egg... Also a good thing I'm not allergic to eggs... The sauce was more on the packaging than the roll so I got covered in brown sauce as well as almost lost my roll through the massive tear in the paper as well as it seems they put no brown sauce in the wrap I will not be coming back here when they can't actually take the care to make the food let alone read that things have been removed.
Generally a clean McDonald’s and the food is fresh. Rating is based on the general feeling when you walk in, it’s not always a great atmosphere from staff and colleagues.nnI have only had a bad meal once, when I complained it was changed over.
