The layout isn't great, the staff don't look happy most of the time. Always a massive que when waiting to make a order. Complete opposite of fast food to honest. I'm not sure if they had budget issues but it never seems to have a enough staff on tills at peak periods. Only go in if I don't see a big line of people waiting. Always travel to Crayford branch for faster and better experience

I came here at 1am and the guy behind the counter hit me with a sack of potatoes and dragged me to the back. At that point he knocked me out. I walkedout the next day at 3pm and I was suddenly homeless. Chips were good though.

Nothing but idiots work there. They lack customer service skills and extremely stand offish

The service is very slow . Staff very ignorant . Food rubbish nothing hot only warm . Customer service is none existent . Will not go there again
