Have had items missing from orders on numerous occasions recently and to top it off was served near raw hot wings .. dont waste your time with the place .. if you eat in , its a pigsty , if you take away your orders wrong or not cooked , dont want to think about what its like on delivery .. also the price increases over the last 6 months are extortionate
No customer service, 4 items were missing from delivery, their error, response from them was, order again and collect it. That is when they finally answered the phone after 30mins of calling. So basically they messed up, we are without our full dinner that we ordered and paid for and we should pay double and go all the way to them to collect it after paying for delivery.
It's a new building, unfortunately not looking great. Bathroom sink has brown stains.....and as there's no toilet brush I received a "nice surprise "......the place is starting to look grubby....what happened to deep cleaning....??? Have not received my food yet but as I'm waiting a little while although it's empty...oh yes we must serve those at home first.... I thought I would use my time wisely.....oh and the tap is leaking
No toilet roll in barthroom no soap lucky has thease with me just been shoping no cutlery or napkins and none in the entire store no plate or tray just back to basic here barbarian style there is cost cutting and going too far not as clean as it could be toilets were clean and fresh but need to bring your own toilet roll and soap I'm sure this is a breach of health and safty rule and is an instant fail on your hygiene rating if inspection finds this.
My first time, and was able to order at the counter rather than use the automatic order thinggy!!! I didn't make a note of the staff member's name but she was so polite and patient while I ordered food for my grandchildren, and I just want to say thank you.Food: 4/5
This place is disgusting every table was dirty & the glass up to the stairs disgusting,floors with food all over it & the staff behind the counter chatting,my mum asked 1 of the members of staff to clean our table & she didn't bother. Awful place
I have waited over an hour and 10 minutes for my delivery. If they was busy or unable to provide the delivery service they provide , I expect to be informed so that I might collect the order . However I had already paid for a delivery and the order was not ready at the restaurant for a very long period . This has put me off from going to KFC Dartford .
Ordered a delivery via Just Eat, food arrived in a bag that had a hole on the bottom. The driver had his hand underneath the bag as he handed it to me. I felt a piece of chicken poking out the bottom of the bag. Opened the bag up and the bucket was split open...then we see piece of chicken has been EATEN!! Looked in the bag to see if it had broken off or something maybe during delivery or packing?, but nothing to be found. Asked for a refund but was only offered a partial credit note on a £31 order. They refused to give a full refund, even though I had explained that they are welcome to come collect the food as it hasn't been touched as we are now scared to eat anything incase it is contaminated! Funny thing is, we asked for contactless delivery!! GO FIGURE!
I visited KFC recently and had a disappointing experience. The lack of contactless card services made the payment process inconvenient. Additionally, the staff packed my food with little regard, resulting in a mess upon arrival. To top it off, my order was given last, and the unfriendly looks from the staff made the whole experience unpleasant. Adding to the frustration, they didn't even accept any of the available offers, leaving me with a sense of dissatisfaction with both the service and the overall experience at KFC. Moreover, I observed that most of the employees were engaging in unhygienic actions, further contributing to my negative impression of the establishment.
Filthy, workers was also very rude to me and my mum, rolled their eyes when THEY got my order wrong, honestly not happy about my service. Needs shutting down!
