I regularly eat here and usually receive hot food (so no complaints there).....the 5 stars is for the customer service given by a lady called ‘Irina’. She’s a lovely, polite lady and I love being served by her. May you pass on my compliments to management and employ more people like her...a real credit to your store 🙂 Thank you

Handy little shopping centre. Needed help at customer service due to a refund at a phone accessorie shop. Was very helpful & I got my refund back.

Absolutely great food but one of the staff at 9 was so rude about us eating in. I work in a food place myself and I can’t believe how rude the lady was. First of all I was eating and she was cleaning around me which I didn’t mind, but then she started complaining to her colleagues right in front of me and then saying how they close at 10 and she needs to clean the restaurant and her household ( very personal information just for a customer ) and told us we HAD to get takeway. We was very confused why this had happened so we asked a person if we could eat in a different area and the man agreed. Once we sat down we saw her complaining yet again and she gave us many dirty looks. Appalling customer service from this lady and felt uncomfortable eating there.

Very good take away Restaurant. The service ifs quick. This KFC is in a new premises, having just moved. The layout is much better, more spacious and within the shopping centre. The food ifs a good standard, what you would expect from a KFC and good value.

Reasonably priced and pleasant Turkish Restaurant. Good service, okay surroundings and cheerful and helpful staff. Conveniently located near the town centre with good access.
