Good food, well cooked. Chips are always amazing, much better than other chippy's in Dartford town centre. Sometimes they randomly close earlier than scheduled, and sometimes they are iffy when you ask to pay by card (and say they don't have a card machine, when I've actually paid by card before). Other than that, this is our go-to chippy in Dartford. If Customer service improved a bit, and they stuck to their opening/closing times I would have given a 5-star review.

So sad how this restaurant has changed x have always visited this restaurant as often as possible since it has opened and have noticed the difference lately poor staffing so only one staff doing everything and run off their feet to try and accommodate customers but sadly it not enough as witnessed customers leaving due to waiting to be served. I used to enjoy going in here but think I will think twice from now on x but must say the girls who work there are great just a shame not enough staff xx Xxx

Would give 0 but not an option. Used as a delivered takeaway 3 times. First time was late afternoon so quiet for deliveries and food arrived prompt and hot. Perfect. So then ordered a second time. Hour late. The bag the food came in was more edible then the over over over cooked food. Delivery lady bit of an attitude, very defensive. Decided to give one more go. Food arrived half hour late. Ok not the end of the world. Delivery lady mentioned she was not too late. I corrected her saying its 30 minutes late. No update like other takeaways give. I was then told oh well its been really busy in the restaurant with the theatre crowd. Oh sorry yes completely my fault for placing an order when you are busy. Food was SHITE. Piece of fish so overdone only a bit of the fish was eaten. The rest with all the batter was thrown away. "steak" burger only just about warm. No taste of anything except american cheese though no mention when ordering that this rubbish would be in a "steak" burger. Salads, well one dressed and two not. One that was dressed was put in the bag on its side so all the dressing run out and covered everything else. I am sure the food itself was perfect when cooked. It had clearly sat around for a long time to continue cooking while maybe waiting for the chips. The only edible item in the bag. Final gripe. Delivery lady needs to get over herself. I would not be so pissed off is she had not tried to joke she was not late, go on to tell me I had chosen to order when they were busy and not keep calling people darling in some pathetic charm offensive. Try being honest, apologising and not some clever smart arse that pisses people off.
