I don't think I've ever came here and not had problems finding a parking spot. Always busy, apart from that all is good
Stopped at McDonald’s in Forfar and had a good experience. It does get very busy around 5–6 pm, but service was still efficient, the food was fresh, and the restaurant was clean and well organised. Staff remained friendly despite the rush, making it a convenient stop.
Simply avoid click & serve and collection service. Had to wait over 30mins for breakfast, under up collecting. Showed customer assistant about my order, when I received the order, parts were still missing. Better order drive through or you might keep waiting for your breakfast till lunch.
Service at drive through recently has been appalling. The last few times we've been there, either food has been missed from our order, or the wrong food has been put in the bag. By the time you drive home & discover the order is wrong, you really can't be bothered driving back to get the correct stuff. It's infuriating. How hard is it to check the food go the order before handing it to the customer at the drive through???
Terriblen1. I have to wait like half a hour then when I get my food it cold. My drinks were literally warm like come on. Staff terrible attitude. I asked for 6 piece chicken nuggets for my two kids and I literally got shouted at like whoever done that the a rude Bugar DO NOT COME!! You get shouted at with terrible service
