I shouldn't praise this place to much as it might get to hard to get seated in the future. But we believe we have found the best restaurant within 100 mile radius. 07/01/2018 I was right about above, I praised this place to soon. Our next three visits here stopped us from coming back untill 7th January this year. The chef at the time could not cook chips properly nor have soups served hot. Steaks were scabby off cuts and far from the said Oz weight. Now after 8 months away we decided to take a chance to see if we could eat here again. What an improvement. The starter/soup was served piping hot. Drinks served as ordered. Main meal was hot to. Chips cooked properly and hot. Meats served hot through. And all very well presented and very tasty to. If this was the same chef I applaud your improvement. Or if this a different chef, this was a well required change and has got Dunnichen Stone a full house at least today. I/we were very impressed today and will be back again. At this time also we believe this restaurant deserve to keep the five stars. Well done😎👍 Here again 31 March 2018. Menu has been changed from our last visit. Just two of us and was seated straight away. Good sign is it is still quite busy. Service very good and food still as good. Can't say anymore other than menu change for me is ok to.😎👍

We had a lovely breakfast today superb as usual well worth a visit to this restaurant. Top marks to the staff as well.

Cheep eating ,many dishes 2 for 1,also a specials board,freshly made pizzas and a selection of ice creams.Large drinks selection from bar,suitable for all age groups of dinners
