Everytime I go to the mcdonalds they are ridiculously slow. They are always out of items and today I ordered a large meal for myself and a medium for my wife, this was the size of my large chips vs her medium. Not good at all, really felt like driving back round to complain.
Waited 28 minutes just for a small burger meal and 9 chicken nuggets. The drink was flat and the chips were cold. Atmosphere felt off and it was quite dirty. When the order came the burger was also missing. Toilet was absolutely rancid as well. All round just a dump. One star was generous. Will never be going back.nTruly sickening.
Waited for over 30 minutes for my food after ordering through the drive thru.nThere was a hold up and took 15 minutes to get to the first window.nI was then told that my food was not ready and needed to park up.nI then waited a further 15 minutes before going in to check, only to be told that I had already got my food.nAfter a short back and forth with the supervisor, I finally managed to convince them that I had not recieved my food and that I have been waiting for over 30 minutes in the car.nWhen I eventually got my order there wasn't even an apology.
I appreciate it was busy, but we waited ages for our food and it arrived cold, ice cream was melted and drinks were nearly flat. Loads of staff were standing about gossiping. I also waited ages to change my baby in the accessible toilet, 10 mins later a staff member walks out tucking their phone away. Awful experience.
Slowest service in any McDonalds ever visited. Staff are miserable and speak as if they don’t wanna be there.Literally took 40 mins to get a few happy meals through the drive through. The management and staff need to go back and watch the film “The Founder” to show what fast food should be like.
