This KFC is very poorly run. Almost every table was covered in debris and all the rubbish bins were full. One corner seat had fizzy drink on the seats and all over the floor. Chicken was good but chips were cold. This place needs a good manager.

It certainly isn't fast food! The service is horrendous. It isn't just slow they have stopped. Nobody knows what they are doing. There was a queue of 12 people one person serving 3 staff laughing and chatting. That was the last time we will visit KFC at Trowbridge and I advise others to do the same!

Service was extremely slow, no proper management! staff are playing around and talking to each other one conversation lasted 5 minutes between the two check out girls and the cooks in the back talking over the fries in the hot tray and when a new customer turns up they are reluctant to serve them. Running out of food when the restaurant is at 5% capacity only 4 people eating inside and the drive through was closed. Can’t even iron a uniform!! looks like they used a rock!!! and general enthusiasm to the customers is lacking.... honestly one of the worst KFCs in the UK. Got my Pepsi served with a coffee lid like come on !! And when you get your food rarely the order is correct the quality is lacking it’s just over cooked or greasy or cold and thrown together without a care, zero quality control to what standard of food that comes out.

Visited for a 6 piece on way home, pleasant staff and quick service. Told I would have a 10 minute wait and was given a choice of swapping my meal or a free bottle of drink for the inconvenience... Obviously has had a staff training day since last reviewed!!
