family came for breakfast including children.nNothing but coffee/tea available.nApparently due to cold drinks machine being upgraded.nNo signs or notices, lots of people unhappy as well as us.nChildren generally not fans of coffee, which seemed a surprise to the staff.nSomewhere with the resources of McDonald's, you would think essential work like this would be completed before opening up surely?
Waited 20 minutes at the till to be served asked several times whether I would be served just got ignored by the staff and stood their gourmet he looking. I think teenagers would do a better job than this lot.nThen was told I had to go and use machine how can I use machine when I’m a cash customer after 25 minutes walked out without ordering food this McDonald’s is an absolute joke. I won’t bother wasting your money here. The service is ridiculously slow. They do not serve the stuff they push you all onto machines and don’t like it if you have cash. Also, the lady in front of me had been waiting half an hour for her children’s chicken nuggets absolutely disgusting McDonald’s sort yourself out
Food is always excellent here, very friendly and often has entertainment on a Friday/Saturday night.nBest around for Sunday lunch.nAlways welcoming what we class as a good old traditional pub.
Ordered a breakfast bap, but far too much ketchup included.nHappy to receive a full cup of coffee and always love a hash brown.
Went to roundswell Barnstaple Friday at 10 in the evening after a long busy day took our order went and pd then only to be told that half the order they didn't have then they cancelled the order then had to drive round again to order again then had to wait when the food arrived the chips looked like they had been sat around and we're cold the MC chicken burger meal well looking at it looked like a mc chicken burger off the pound saver if I had 3 little bits of lettuce I'd be surprised and my cheese burger off the pound menu looked liked it had been thrown against the wall wont bother going there again its shocking ,shame on you roundswell Barnstaple branch of MC Donald's
