Very rude staff on drive thru. Small portion had to go back to question the portion and was exchanged for a normal sized. Put in a complaint on mcd website and not heard anything back. Wouldn't go here again.. staff on drive thru need to learn customer service skills

After a day out on our way home with my granddaughter, we called into McDonald’s for some food for the family, I carried her in with no shoes on as she decided to jump into a puddle near the car. I asked the staff if they could double bag my order, instead they offered and carry my order to the car. I couldn’t thank the staff enough, they were very patient, polite and smiley. Person carrying my order was very patient and waited until I got my granddaughter settled back into her seat before handing me my order. Thank you all again for your help, time and patience. It was very much appreciated at the time. My granddaughter is a fan of Mcds. Thanks for taking the time.
