ordered drinks from mcdonald’s not because i wanted to drink them but because i wanted an uber driver to show up with a leaking bag and my drinks upside down :
Asked for a double quarter pounder with cheese with no toppings. Got given a single quarter pounder with double cheese with red sauce. Threw it straight in the bin because red sauce is rancid and I was already home. I was charged the cost of a double quarter pounder too.
This is a McDonald's store I would avoid like the plague, the whole design is completely wrong in my opinion. I visited here a few times early hours 07:00am ish and literally you get no counter service unless you walk out to the drive thru and ask them to come and serve you, this is dangerous putting you at risk of getting hit by passing vehicles. And then the attitude you get when they do come around is simply not on. If the counter was made like most the others where staff can actually see you this would eliminate the risk above and possibly cool down staff attitude towards customers. You could literally rob the til if you were that way minded as no one and I mean no one is ever manning front of store. Food always comes luke warm to cold, food from other customers is strewn everywhere the atmosphere is just totally off. I would not recommend anyone spending your hard earned money here.

Every table was absolutely disgusting filled with litter, staff was standing about on phones and not cleaning tables. A guy had come in and said he has been waiting for 20 mins in his car and then waited another 10 minutes inside. This restaurant is ran by a circus, don’t do food on time, make you wait for a long time and just sloppy overall.
