Ordered food for a delivery at 19.40 to be told 1 hour wait at 21.10 still no delivery called to be told it's 2 mins away called back again at 21.25 to be told the same. Food eventually got here and was freezing cold called and to be told they would sort something out on the next meal we have. I'm afraid that's not good service as why would you want to have food again. £21 spent on food to be freezing cold not good service.

Waited 40 mins for meal to be delivered. One of meals was wrong. Immediately called back amd explained the mix up. Told correct meal would be with me asap. 45 mins later still no meal so rang to chase it up to be told they had lots of people come back from holidays so were busier than they expected and that the replacement wasnt coming, but theyd give me a free dish next time. Obviously this isnt helpful as we are now almost 2 hours into placing the order and a meal down. I said this wasnt good enough and would like a refund. Again to be told yeah thats what the free meal next time is. So now £17 down with no tea! Safe to say we wont be using you again. terrible customer service! avoid!!
