This particular McDonald's was simply far too small. The food service was standard but my order came out wrong. I asked for a vanilla milkshake and spicy vegetable burger and got a banana milkshake and a plain vegetable burger instead! Also, the toilets were just far too small, one cubicle and two urinals two sinks and two hand dryers. Such a creamed toilet. One of the dryers was impossible to use whilst someone else used a sink and the other hand dryer was directly next to a urinal so it meant you had no privacy. At least the staff were friendly.

Scottish food at its best, a unique experience of individually prepared delicacies, cooked to order to be consumed in an intimate environment. A one off eatery! This should be a franchise?

I asked the walk through assistant to split my food in 2 different bags and he gave me an attitude for the request. Poor customer service.

Large latte coffee ordered with my large meal but received a medium coffee which only filled three quarters of the cup. I was told they had no large cups and that they were trying to find some. After a wait of approx 15 mins and having completed my meal I was handed a large ordinary coffee, I then gave in as this was obviously beyond your staff's capabilities.

I've eaten here many times, and the staff always works incredibly hard and produces some really great food despite the huge amount of pressure they must often be under.
