Very busy at teatime Friday. Quite a queue but through it quickly. Sometimes can be difficult to find a seat. Would be great if just a wee bit bigger.

Don't care for the set up here now at all since the refurbishment. While I'm sure there are good business reasons for the layout/ordering processes, as a customer I find it to take so much longer to both place and receive my order. If you choose to order inside you're faced with a bottleneck of people either trying to place an order or mill around waiting until their number is called. Alternatively if you order via the drive through you have to do a lap of the restaurant grounds just to join the queue and then can wait as long to be served as you do inside. Food quality and signature burgers are great and prices are pretty reasonable overall. The addition of the kids play structure outside and tablets inside are a winner with my kids and great to keep them occupied while you wait/eat.

Once again let down by management . I vist this branch at least 3 times a week and spend a lot of money there only because my grandkids like to go other wise I would drive past , but even they are now gettinig fed up with it because of the long wait times and then the wrong orders arriving after long wait times. We visited today and the kids thought it would be fun to have some syrup to dip there chips in .. discusting to an adult but fun to a kid and I thought that's why kids went to MacDonalds and what the chain was about 🤔 ?? but I was told no by the manager they couldn't have syrup because because it is not available for happy meals?? Management at this store need to go on more customer care courses . My time will be less at this branch from now on think I'm gonna try and introduce them to burger king from now on where to be honest the whopper burger is much better than any big mac they have to offer . ( Note to management)..Start thinking more on customers and what they want from the branch , Good management is not about making money by saving on a couple of golden syrup pots or skimping on staff during busy periods. Because bad management will lose you customers and losing customers will lose you money .

A bit slow tonight because the guy at the window taking the money knew the people in the car in front of us, so they were having a right good old chat while a queue built up. Well done McDonald's - you pissed us off well and truly tonight.
