This was a fantastic spot to grad food on the go, where me and my friend got ourselves a fresh 'n' tasty Sharebox! Kiosks and counters are very clear, as is the area not to access.
My food came in a ripped up paper bag which was not a good start. I opened up my 6 big Mac’s to discover that they look like they had been kicked around the kitchen. Workers didn’t have a clue what they was doing would never visit again. I now prefer KFC.
Poor service and incompetent orders. Ordered food using using McDonald app and Uber delivery. The order was wrong. Food missing and wrong items delivered instead. Food was cold. Do not use the app or order food from this place. Staff rude on the phone when contacted them. Just a waste of money using this company and very poor service for a Christmas Eve order. Some very up set children tonight because the staff at this place.
Would give zero, staff all too busy chatting, happy to serve a hot chocolate that was water, Which staff would have seen as a lid needs going on, when questioned the manager said it was frothy when it came out of the machine, yet the young girl said it always does it, so then dont serve it, she also said do u want another it may come out a bit better REALLYnWont go in again
Don’t ever eat inside this restaurant upstairs, full of teenagers smoking ecigs and leaving food on chairs messing with sauce and dropping it all over stairs which was dangerous. Ordered food to the table with my family last week ended up asking the staff to bag it up and we went and ate it in the car awful restaurant staff need to be vetting the customers and make them leave if they act like zoo animals.
