Since the changes made at Chester. The service is appauling. The lenght of time is unexceptable for a fast food provider. No apology made by staff and to add insult to injury because my wife only purchased fries she was expected to pay additinal for sauce. Alot of unhappy customers today. A great way to boost Burger Kinds profits.😠

If you go as a student there are a ton of deals that can land you a cheap meal and still feel very satisfied.

Far too hot upstairs. The heat was unberible. When I informed a member of management I was told "I've just been up there and it was alright when I was up there" Not a very good response to a customer complaint.. would of given a none star but it wouldnt let me post unless I submit a star

It's like any other McDonald s restaurant just off the A55 making it very convenient. Use the left drive through lane, always quicker for some reason.
