Large McDonald's branch in town centre.nNicely decorated and seem very popular.nSelf service worked fine food prep took longer than expected.nFood was McDonald's usual ease on the salt!nDuring morning visit the place was still kept clean.
Great McDonald's Location Fast Service with the food location wasn't overly busy at the time i visited so maybe when busy could be different but based on my experience it was ok plenty of seating available when I visited and also believe they have upstairs seating also but I could be wrong have visited a few times and always been fine will visit again next time I'm in Chester most likely friendly staff and decent food
Great location although can be extremely busy due to this, should definitely open the upstairs seating area more often as its 90% of the time it's closed making entrance to the counter busier than it needs to be.
Absolute chaos. Ordered on the big screen which was fine but struggled to find seats. Waited well over 30 minutes for our number to be called out. Food was wrong I'd asked for plain burger and everything was barely warm. Due to wait I wasn't waiting another half an hour for it to be fixed. Later when we got home both my partner and myself were ill.
am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred at your store., I was subjected to harassment by another customer while inside the store. The staff acted promptly and removed the individual from the premises. However, shortly after, I was confronted again by the same person outside the store. This individual proceeded to throw a flurry at me and subjected me to verbal abuse.nnI am deeply disturbed by this experience and feel unsafe. I request that appropriate action be taken to prevent such incidents from happening in the future, as well as any necessary steps to ensure my safety and well-being in your store.nnI would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
