Food was quick and decent when it came. Loads of chavs kept coming in and making a scene for some unknown reason.
Got all of the food apart from my burger that cost me 6 quid and haven’t ate all day so u could imagine the stress this isn’t just all for me it’s for my friend aswell. I wanted my burger delievered now but I have got to wait 7 working days for a refund hope McDonald’s gets sued never ordering from them again your all stupid and need to quit ya job cause u have no brain cells and can’t even do ya job right
Absolutely awful service from the “manager” waited 15 minutes for food and the person who said he was the manager wouldn’t give me his name. Called me a number of expletives which I am not going to repeat in this post. He was abhorrent. Swore at me several times and was absolutely bang out of order. Didn’t get his name but did get his picture. I don’t care what time of night it is. I was I no way rude until he started coming at me. Awful customer service. Absolutely will not go there again. The “Manager” absolutely should be reprimanded. If you want to work in a customer facing role you need better skills than were displayed tonight. AWFUL!
The food was brought over via table service and staff member was polite. Food itself we found the fries had already been salted, which for us not an issue but is perhaps something some people need to be careful with. Also found the special items such as the double big mac and the biscoff mcflurry were not as expected. The double big mac patties were very thin, although I am imagining this is a new design by the company itself as the big mac ones were the same. The mcflurry could have been an error of the restaurant however as there was nothing in the flavour to indicate it was biscoff.nBut food was all correct as far as the rest of it went and we had a nice meal.nToilet also had an unusable hand dryer which was a little annoying.
The food is like any other McDonald's. However the service is bad in the sense of no table service, sometimes if you eat in the don't give you a proper tray. It's all chucked in a bag as a take away and the place is not clean
