Large McDonald's branch in town centre.nNicely decorated and seem very popular.nSelf service worked fine food prep took longer than expected.nFood was McDonald's usual ease on the salt!nDuring morning visit the place was still kept clean.
Absolute chaos. Ordered on the big screen which was fine but struggled to find seats. Waited well over 30 minutes for our number to be called out. Food was wrong I'd asked for plain burger and everything was barely warm. Due to wait I wasn't waiting another half an hour for it to be fixed. Later when we got home both my partner and myself were ill.
The food was brought over via table service and staff member was polite. Food itself we found the fries had already been salted, which for us not an issue but is perhaps something some people need to be careful with. Also found the special items such as the double big mac and the biscoff mcflurry were not as expected. The double big mac patties were very thin, although I am imagining this is a new design by the company itself as the big mac ones were the same. The mcflurry could have been an error of the restaurant however as there was nothing in the flavour to indicate it was biscoff.nBut food was all correct as far as the rest of it went and we had a nice meal.nToilet also had an unusable hand dryer which was a little annoying.
Extremely busy, hardly anywhere to sit and they'd closed half the seating area off for some strange reason. Pretty manic place. Food ok though and the staff were working their socks off to be fair.
Ordered on the screen, no issues. Then after waiting our number got called to be told the milkshake machine isn't working today? Well if it isn't working then take it off the menu! Cancelled the entire order due to the staff member being nonchalant and ate elsewhere.
