Both members of staff seamed rather incompetent. I (along with people beind me) had to wait a long time while the person making the subs took an order from a young child instead of the child's parent. This was frustrating to watch and took around 5 minutes. The other staff member seamed like she was totally untrained and needed help operating the register, wasting more time after my sub was made. Atleast my sub was nice, if not quite as warm as it should have been due to the wait.

Everytime we go in here it is an absolute mess! The toilet also stinks! It’s never busy and they never clean the mess left over from other customers. I always have to clean the table away! and the people that work here don’t seem very happy either!

Rather than getting my sandwich out of the grill and asking what salad I want the woman went to the back where I could see her and stood on the phone giggling for about 2 minutes then came back after the poor woman making sandwiches was forced to do salad for everyone too as it got busier. Then proceeded to tell her collegue on the till all about her personal phone call, yet again stood as the salad bar but not serving anyone, then looking like it was the end of the world when someone asked for salad! Such an unprofessional woman.

They only went and cut the bread right the way through so the whole thing just fell to bits, not happy they only use halal meat
