I call here regularly as a stop off as I don;t live locally and am on the road an awful lot. The team are always smiley and welcoming, but Matt today made me finally write a review -great service. Thanks for your help on working out pricing and swapping my fries for a fruit bag! :)

I went in and purchased a sweet chilli wrap ! The guy making my wrap ran his hands through his hair then wtapped it around my wrap.i complained only to be told our employees wash there hands every 20 mins ! I replyed he has just ran his hands through his hair .No hairnet or gloves disgraceful i left with nothing even after purchase .i will be taken this further.

For a fast food restaurant it wasn't very fast! Queued for nearly 5 minutes when there were only 2 people in front of me. Then took a good 2/3 minutes more waiting while my order was fulfilled, and given it was a happy meal and cup of tea shouldn't take that long. All the more annoying aso there was plenty of staff around not doing a lot. Everything else clean and tidy and polite but waiting let it down.
