Second time we have been here. Both times were poor standards and exactly the same. Downstairs toilet broken, under staffed, spilt drinks all over the floor, no paper in receipt machine again. Slow service and no staff for cleaning.
Ordered via ubereats. Food failed to turn up. APP said it was delivered. It was not. Unable to contact ubereats. Staff at Ormskirk not interested/not our problem. They are happy to take the money, not bothered if you don't get your food. This would have been nil stars, but no option for that.
This Mcdonald's is not the best. The food was OK. The Mcflurry ice creams and a milkshake was the wrong flavour than what we asked for. They had missed a drink out. It is pure incompetence. Overall a very disappointing experience.Food: 3/5
Dirtiest Macdonalds I have ever been in! Chips quite cold and unfortunately had to use the toilet downstairs upstairs was closed floor had puddle round the toilet, toilet dirty and stained. I couldnt use it - I complained to staff who didn't seem that bothered.
Hot chocolate machine not working, no jam for the muffins, no tomatoe sauce dips. Checked my receipt to find l had been over charged for an egg muffin l had not ordered. The pancakes were disgusting pure rubber could not cut them. The whole computer system went down so they were unable to see who had ordered what! Total joke!Food: 1/5
Would of gave it a 0 star is possible. Never seen a McDonald's so dirty. Absolutely every table full of food. Bins full to the brim and toilets looked fit for a prison. Complained that there wasn't one table available to sit at and manager said there is a staff shortage. Never come back here
The breakfast was great. I informed the staff that the receipt from the self service machine was not working and they didn't seem too bothered. Luckily I had memorised my order number.
The current kitchen staff are useless. I finally had to do this as i have had multiple order recently that have been wrong. Ive had missing fries, cold food and burgers incorrectly made double quarter pounder missing a patty. Management need to sort this out and start checking on the quality coming out of this location
Tables never clean, the staff don’t clean up in this one and leave dirty tables leaving customers to clean them themselves. There is one guy in their older gentleman think he is a manger and he can’t do enough for you but the rest of them do nothing! Also this place is constantly freezing and never got heating on!
Awful, extremely inefficient with long wait times, Ice cream machine never works, often don’t have a selection of regular drinks, fries are either cold or stale, self service checkouts never print a receipt, generally dirty with used napkins around my feet as I write this from the store. Worst Mcdonalss I’ve ever been to.
