A week yesterday, we had a meal from food4u in Ormskirk ! The staff were good, the ingredients and the service were also, up to expectations BUT the food was very bland!! I ordered a satay , which should have a spicy kick! My wife had chicken and black bean , again , it was tasteless, luckily it wasn’t too salty! If you advertise your dishes as spicy, taste them , please!
Absolutely AWFUL This has been my go to chinese for 15 years Tonite was shocking Dry,tasteless and tasted like last night's left overs Lady on the phone was rude and cudnt care less Never ever again will I go there
Used to be a great Chinese and we ordered regularly for 3 years but recently gone downhill. Twice we’ve ordered chips and not received them with the lady being very rude on the phone. The last time not only was the chips missing but the food was not very good - fatty ribs, Thai curry was bland and chicken & mushroom had very little in it. Not sure if a new chef but too many issues to order from here again at over £20.00 a time.
We ordered food for delivery and there was a mosquito in it! We feel extremely ill after it. Woman on the phone was horrible to us and extremely rude when we asked for a refund. She called us liars and lied to us about having no delivery drivers to deliver the refund. No refund we’ve lost out on £26! Disgusting service and disgusting food! Never go here
Quite possibly the best Chinese food for miles around. Always polite on the phone and good listening skills to get the order right. They were knowledgeable enough to know allergy information and confirmed what we had ordered was suitable. We ordered Banquet A: The chicken sweet corn soup was delicious, the standard you'd expect from any top notch Chinese establishment. Prawn crackers were light and crisp - they were fresh without signs of going stale and less greasy than other places we've tried. Prawn Toast was a delight, fresh, crisp and delicious. I could go on and describe the whole meal but the standard was perfect all the way from start to finish. The delivery of the food was punctual, driver was polite courteous and friendly. First class service. Thank you will definitely order again.
A really good Chinese takeaway. Food was made really fast and piping hot. Travelled 15 minutes back and was still really hot! Nice tasting food and reasonably priced. Portion sizes were good.
Lovely food! Lady on the phone said it would be delivered in 30 - 45 minutes. Arrived bang in 30 mins! Lovely delivery man and the food was hot. Really impressed. Will 100% be visiting again! best Chinese in the area.

Always good food. We've had a good variety from the menu over the last 4 yrs and it is always on form. Delivery is always faster than they say on the phone. Usually they say 40 mins and it is usually 20-30, Never had a bad meal from there. Highly recommended.
Do not order from here!!!!! We waited an hour and a half for our food!!! I had to call the manager six times and he was really rude and unhelpful and couldn't even understand me. He was just chatting nonsense. The first time I called he said 'yes yes it's on it's way'. But when I probed him he didn't know what I'd ordered or my address. After five minutes he finally understood the address I was giving him and found my order. Then he said oh yea we'll send it out next. It hadn't even left the shop and the driver was on another delivery. I had to call repeatedly for 30 mins. This place is awful service
