Declined my card. Made me feel like a scrote. Went to bank and drew money out without issue. Went back and was told technical issue. Asked for a burger for my inconvenience and miserable manager would not do it. Then they pass me the wrong order. Few weeks ago burger missing. No longer can recommend.

Very slow early morning service from 7am onwards, complained to McDonald's management previously... situation improved for a while, but now back to the usual, slow delivery times. Staff great as usual, but not enough of them obviously! Contractors working at the nearby Port have a long wait for their food which they can do without.

Great family friendly place. The staff are always great and work so hard.Ive often noticed how they go out their way for customers.I use the drive through to get late for myself and friends.The coffee has improved over the months which is great as it was not too great previously.I don't eat the food myself,but my 2 dogs sometimes share a 99p cheeseburger as a treat once in a while.

Food is standard as will all other McDonald's, staff are not motivated with a lot of shouting and swearing coming from the kitchen and managed to get my order wrong twice. Fairly clean though as far as McDonald's go.
