If you get fish fingers expect a 20 minute wait and the rest of your food to be stone cold as they gather everything a bit at a time. Four happy meals and only thing that was warm (not even hot) was the fish fingers I could have grilled quicker. Never had an issue with staff (except from a Caitlin, apparently a manager? Doubtful with that attitude ya cow) but typically have to wait a few minutes for food. Ever since the makeover I have not had a hot meal from there. I tend to prefer my burgers hot like most ordinary people so from now on I will avoid this branch and encourage others to do the same. Until they buck their ideas up I will not be back.

very ashamed of this place, was in tonight food was absolutey horrendous and terrible service. The night shift staff are terrible. Friend asked for BBQ sauce said they had none left, chips was called and gave me extra piri sauce on my wrap to the point i could NOT eat it, so u know what i will be going to glenrothes mcdonald’s in future because staff at the kirkcaldy one is redic. VERY ASHAMED TYT

Quite a good building, not the hottest food but acceptable. The new machines work fine and it isn't very busy (most of the time). Food does take a while, only ordered a mayo and chips and had to wait for 20 minutes. But apart from that pretty decent McDonald's. 3 out of 5.

Food OK, on the cold side though! Self and table service a good idea. Long wait 20mins o food however. Typical fast food restaurant.

This place sells accurate and delicious fast food. Great service, nice staff and many foods to buy.
