The 1 star is for the staff. We ordered 2 hot wrap meals with tango. The tango had no flavour the wrap was bland and the chips were ok. I will never go back..☹️

The worst service ever. Waited ages to be served then when we eventually got food it was lukewarm. Order was wrong. Then when our child returned to counter for ice cream he waited and when he didn't get served had to come back and get an adult

This is the third time we've used the drive through and three times the meals were COLD! We've had lovely meals from this KFC in the past but it is going downhill. Perhaps its unpopularity is making them cook too much stock left lying too long on their hot plates, which don't work! Won't be back!!

There was a long delay on the drive thru today. We didn't mind. However we had a genuine apology at the window. Discounted our order and made our medium meals large. Service with a smile. Great polite staff. KFC like no other I've been to.

Had to ask a staff to give our table a wipe as it was not cleaned from the previous customers. Also, staff are too tight on table napkins when they know we have fried chicken to eat. They gave my husband and then I   3 pcs table napkins. Food was good though.
