Went in for breakfast, guy was just hurrying us along the entire time didn't feel like a customer just felt like a burden. Food tasted good but they were tight on the bacon 1 slice in a flat bread .nAtmosphere was nice
10 minutes stood waiting, only person there for first 5 minutes, no one came near to serve even though staff came and went from back. Went back 5 minutes later, girl stood behind counter back to me, totally ignored. So left. Won't be rushing back again for appalling lack of service!
Went for a dine-in and I had a good experience. The place was super empty but still, I waited for nearly 10 minutes to get my order. The customer service was very good and the lobby host is doing an amazing job. The food was tasty and the place was super empty. It will be good if the kitchen is quicker in doing their tasks. Dundee Mcdonald's is way better when it comes to kitchen speed.
Large fries are smaller than my kids happy meal portion. This is very normal from this location.
Oozing incompetence. Out of 10 orders, 8 were wrong. I either end up with a missing item, a wrong item, an item that has a label stating the custom order but it's not custom at all, the sprite being just fizzy water, a large tea order that's half full, missing sauce from chicken tender orders. How hard is it to read, check and fulfil a label?
