McDonald's Pollokshaw's Road, it's a McDonald's in the south side, the golden arches are the lights that shine bright in a area long overshadowed by the dazzling lights of the city centre a short distance from herennIrn Bru wasn't available when I ordered myself a large steakhouse stack meal so I had to pay extra for Coke god bless the sugar tax, and after completing a survey I got a Big Mac and medium fries, making the total about like at least ten pence it was actually 12 poundsnnThe Coke? I've had better at other McDonald's restaurants, I'm not gonna comment on the fries because I generally think of them as not great at any McDonald's they go cold after a quick while, here it was passable, although shout-out for giving my fresh fries out of pure luck when I was waiting for my Big Mac survey rewardnnThe nuggets I got them as a offer from the McDonald's app were good, bit devoid of taste but they were a offer so can't say muchnnThe Big Mac? That was actually almost cold when I got it, it still tastes good I guess? But I'm sorry that is still needed for notennSteakhouse Stack was alright, it is a limited time burger that I never buy when it's on, bit cold but that was on me for waiting for the big mac
One of the worst branches I have ever been in. The floor had not been cleaned from the night B4. The girl who served me had no smile was quite surly and had no customer service skills whatsoever. The food took ages to arrive, even though they were not that busy. My sausage m muffin was cold but I could not be bothered going back in to complain. Definitely one brach to avoid
It’s always been a good experience going to this restaurant for me.nnI’m wheelchair reliant these days and the people who work there couldn’t have been more helpful, friendly and kind to me.nnEven offering me an accessible seating space for my wheelchair without me even asking and kindly bringing my food and drink over.nnI found the restaurant clean, comfortable to be in and spacious.nnI couldn’t fault a single thing.nnI was pleasantly surprised because often when I had ordered from here through Just Eat food would arrive freezing cold or lukewarm and the dips usually were missing.nnSo I decided to go along in person and check it out.nnI guessed that they were just busy at certain times, frustrating as it is,nnI have been back at the restaurant several times and each time I thoroughly enjoyed it people who work there are always lovely and friendly.nnAnd I was in no rush to leave or made to feel rushednnI would highly recommend going to this restaurant in person
Typical McDonalds I suppose. Ordered a spicy mccrispystupid name for a chicken burger but cldnt add cheese and bacon? The un-spicy mccrispy can??? Milkshake machine off AGAIN...nBut this visit also had the added annoyance of unfriendly and unhelpful staff AND overheard casual racism towards white people.nLast penny any McDonalds ever gets from me.
Located conveniently in the city, it attracts a wide mix of people, from students and workers grabbing a quick bite to families and tourists looking for something affordable and familiar. One of the biggest strengths of McDonald’s in Glasgow is its accessibility, with long opening hours and central locations that make it easy to stop by at almost any time of day.nnThe food quality is consistent and predictable, which is a major reason why so many people return. Classic menu items such as the Big Mac, McChicken Sandwich, and Chicken McNuggets are prepared quickly and taste just as expected. The fries are usually hot and crispy, and the drinks and desserts, especially the McFlurry, are popular choices. While McDonald’s is not known for gourmet food, it offers good value for money, particularly with meal deals and app discounts that help keep prices affordable.nnService at McDonald’s Glasgow is generally efficient, even during busy periods. Staff members are usually polite and work quickly to manage large queues, especially at lunchtime and in the evenings. The self-service kiosks are a useful feature, allowing customers to place orders easily and customise meals without pressure. Orders are usually prepared in a reasonable time, although delays can happen during peak hours.nnThe restaurant environment is typically clean and modern, with comfortable seating suitable for both quick meals and short stays. Some locations can become noisy and crowded, particularly on weekends, but this is expected in a busy city like Glasgow. Cleanliness is generally well maintained, although it can sometimes fall behind during very busy periods.nnOverall, McDonald’s Glasgow is a dependable choice for fast, affordable food. While it may not offer a unique dining experience, it succeeds in providing consistent quality, quick service, and convenience, making it a popular option for people on the go.
