Took my grandkids today for a happy meal. Chicken nuggets were overcooked and cold. Chips cold and had been lying. My drink was warm and had no ice cubes. The girl who served me was pleasant. But the staff who made the order forgot the dip sauce and my medium fries.

Quite poor service and food quality at this location, unfortunately. Staff weren't knowledgeable and seemed almost hostile. The fries were soggy and the burger tasted stale as if it had been sitting under a hot lamp for hours. Best to avoid this location.

Have to push through, the various delivery people that just walk up to the front and don't move when another order is called if there order isn't ready yet they should move there bags and step away from the counter.

Has missed lunch due to workload, so had planned a quick stop off inbetween appointments. Worked out really well as my next appointment called to say they were held up at work, which was near this McDonald's, so they joined me here. So an extra cuppa for both and a relaxing venue for an appointment.

Revised my rating from 4 star to 1. You're better off using the McDonald's further along great Western road.nThis used to be one of the better McDonald's around, however, in the past few months, the service has become a joke. Whenever you order through the drive thru, you are told to park up...which currently means a 20minute wait. And if you dare to venture inside and find out where your order is, you're met with blank expressions and chaos behind the order counter. Disappointing to he honest.
