Immature and rude staff. Young and inexperienced in human interaction and human decency in general. Instead of advising us of closing time approaching, we are met with smart remarks as well as being laughed at from behind the kitchen area by a few young boys. After a few minutes the tannoy then started playing, thus letting us know the restaurant is closing. It’s nice to be nice but unfortunately customers aren’t met with that in this specific restaurant!
Just drove home with our autistic son’s order of chicken nuggets it’s the only hot food he actually eats. Get home and it’s a box of garlic & black pepper. Nuggets Thanks for that . he is now so upset
Ordered on the app. They said they didn’t have it and would need to make it. Waited for about 40 mins. When we got home, it was clear that the burger had been made and had been sitting for ages, it was so dry I had to put it in the bin. Also don’t remember pickles being on. Big tasty. Avoid this place at night. We have always been disappointed and tonight was the final straw
Asked for extra pickles, onion, and mustard with no ketchup, they gave no ketchup but there was barely any mustard, and the pickles and cheese were cold and had about 3 orders that were bigger and ordered later get served before me, for that wait time you would at least expect the cheese to be melted or give ANY amount of onions and actually deliver on the extra mustard, but no. Definitely do not recommend.
Any time I order a Big Mac, I ask for an extra cheese slice and the staff always add 3x the amount of lettuce, but if I order it as it comes, it's fine. They must think that because they need to the smallest change to a burgers it gives them the right to make it as messy as possible!
