This is one of the best McDonald’s I have ever visited. Customer service was on point. I had never used the automated machine to take my order, and the young man was patient to help me place my order.

I used the drive through on 28 March 2024, the people were friendly and helpful. We ordered breakfast as we were running late.  It was quick and fast which was good. I would recommend.

Ordered from the drive through, sausage and egg mcmuffin with no cheese, when I got home and took my breakfast out to eat it, sadly I saw that my mcmuffin was covered in cheese  not happy, tried calling the restaurant to complain but got no reply

Chips were cold and tasteless, crispy chicken burger sauce on bun too spicy for my taste, had already requested the spicy mayo to be left off. So was surprised and disappointed other sauce was so spicy. Didn't eat burger, ate some of the cold chips, as my grandson told me that was standard fo them to be cold. Very disappointed with the visit although the ice cream was fab.

Ordered here tonight, went inside as drive through was extremely busy, one I got my food and drove home realised that my Big Mac burger was missing, I had ordered a lot of food so assumed it was in the bag as the bag looked full, my mistake as I should have checked, tried to call the restaurant but calls do not connect and just cut off. Food was actually soggy and cold when I got back home anyway and I only live 1 mile away. Won’t be back as it’s the worst McDonald’s I have been too
