Awful experience from start to finish.nnI took my daughter out for something to eat, just some simple father-daughter time, and it turned into a frustrating ordeal. When we walked in, nearly all the tables were covered in rubbish. I ended up clearing a table myself just so we could sit down.nnWe ordered using the app at the table, and after about 15 minutes, some of the food arrived—but not all of it. The fries we did receive were cold, and both the chicken wrap and the Big Mac were missing. I took the fries back and explained the situation to staff.nnAnother 10 minutes passed, and more fries were brought over—but still no wrap or Big Mac. I had to go back up to the counter again to chase the missing items, only to be left waiting even longer with no resolution.nnAfter 40 minutes from ordering, with food still missing and no proper response, we decided to leave. Really disappointing experience, especially when it was meant to be a simple meal out with my daughter.
Ordered online, me meal came all over the place drink was leaking everywhere I had to take the bag off the driver and bin my whole order. This was sunday 16th August went to the resturant and the manager told me they arent liable for the refund so I asked for them replace the meal and they said they dont do that either. I get in touch with uber online to find out mcdonalds are liable for compensating something. Im still waiting for my refund. Absolutely disgusting service. Im telling you I wouldnt bother ordering from here or even visiting this longton resturant. Its a massive thumbs down
2x now have made a drive through order online between 11pm-12am, order has gone through fine on the app, got to the store and drive thru is closed and store is closed. Clearly isn’t open 24h so don’t know why is listed as is, also why can you easily make orders online if they make it impossible to collect them. Clearly am not the only one having this issue as 5 other cars waiting and loads others left. Joke
One-star reviewnnReally disappointing experience at McDonald’s Longton Phoenix Retail Park.nnI ordered three breakfasts through the app for myself and my two sons and drove around three miles home. When we got home, we discovered that my youngest son’s flatbread was missing. This is the breakfast he particularly likes.nnI was in and out of Teams meetings, so I gave him my breakfast wrap instead. Around two hours later, I found that he had only taken a bite because it had brown sauce on it, which he doesn’t like. By that point, my breakfast had been sitting for nearly three hours from ordering so I wasn’t prepared to eat it and had to throw it away. As a result, two of us effectively went without breakfast because of the missing item.nnI then made the journey back to the restaurant — not once, but multiple trips — which is particularly frustrating as it isn’t exactly around the corner from my home.nnWhen I eventually spoke to the manager, I was told that because I hadn’t contacted the restaurant immediately at around 9am, there was nothing they could do. I understand that mistakes happen, but it was the manager’s attitude and complete lack of willingness to find any sort of reasonable solution that disappointed me most.nnI had already paid for the food, one item was missing, and I ended up throwing my own breakfast away. After making several trips to the restaurant to try to resolve the issue, I expected a little more understanding and customer service.nnVery disappointing experience.
Tuesday evening, 8 pm. The service is so slow. It feels like there’s only one sleepy member of staff. A horrible “fast” food and a dirty place.
