i have ordered from this branch twice and it is honestly the worst one I have been too these are my complainsnn1. The amount of fries were shocking 4 medium fries were filled half way and was not salted, which is not surprising.nn2. The burger buns that was used were not correct as it was very obvious that a normal bun was used for a quarter pounder cheese burger.nn3. The presentation of the food was just horrible due to the fact that the filling and salad was falling out of the burger.nnIt was just so disappointing that food I pay for has come in such a poor quality. If this happened on the drive through I would have returned it but due to ordering it online, it was pointless.
I recently visited the McDonald's drive-through in Longton and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. I ordered a coffee, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was compared to other coffee chains in the area. The quality was great, and it was the perfect pick-me-up for my day.nnWhat truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were not only friendly and welcoming but also incredibly helpful. Despite being busy, they managed to maintain a high level of efficiency, ensuring that the drive-through queue moved swiftly. I was in and out in no time, which was greatly appreciated.nnOverall, my visit to McDonald's in Longton was a delightful one, thanks to the combination of great value, quality coffee, and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this location to others looking for a quick and satisfying dining experience.
Drive through for breakfast. 2 cars in front of me. Waited nearly 20 minutes in a bay. 5 cars “overtook” me. Fobbed off with “we’re waiting for your food” when I asked where it was. Food cold when it eventually arrived, and has clearly been unwrapped in the bag. Probably to find out what it was. Disgraceful!!
I don't often leave reviews but this place needs to know how bad they are. Every single time I've used the drive thru I've had to park up and the wait is at least 15 minutes. Ive parked up and gone inside to order hoping that it would be quicker but it's not. It seems nowadays 'just eat' etc take priority over customers actually attending the restaurant. Recently decided to order on just eat and have it delivered to my house to avoid the wait but the food was stone cold when it arrived. This is easily the worst McDonald's I've used and I've used a lot
So tired of arriving at the order point only to be left waiting whilst the sound of vacuous chit chat is being played over the speaker. Either you’re “fast food” or time wasters. Make up your mind please.nNever any apology or plausible explanation.
