Yeah this place definitely needs inspecting. It’s gone down hill the past couple of months. I got to the 2nd window where they gave me my Mac flurries and drinks. Then had to park up and wait for 35 minutes for my food. By then the max flurries were melted.nnWhen I checked the food . It was all cold and the staff didn’t even say sorry for the wait. They are all extremely rude.nnIt’s supposed to be fast food. There were 5 cars waiting for food for half an hour and this was at 2200 so it wasn’t even that busy and there was plenty of staff.nnThe ginger shift manager is terrible. It always seems to be when he’s on.nnSomething needs to be done
Wish I could give less than 1 star, 35 minutes to get foot and it's wrong, staff awful, don't care, completely useless, no organisation, no idea how they can call themselves fast food, can go a sit down restaurant and get served quicker and more accurate for about the same price and better quality. From the top down this McDonald's is a shambles and should be avoided absolute joke. Burger King and KFC all the way now.
Disgusting. As a McDonalds employee myself, this food is absolutely awful compared to mine, yes maybe be bias however the meat was rock hard basically scrapping concrete. Got my order wrong in the first half and took 10 minutes to get it replaced. The employees in the store were just plain rude, not welcome. Did not even get a sorry for when they messed up my order. I would not come here at all, they need to get trained on customer service!
Food is always fresh at this restaurant and fries were warm. Service is always a little slow though. Between 5-15 mins to ge your food.
Drive through is shocking they get it wrong or it's cold EVERY single time. The restaurant is always full of high school kids being disruptive and yelling. Milkshake machine never working nobody can be bothered cleaning it probably
