Yeah cheers for the jam muffin guys  & delivery driver didn't even knock just left it on the step and dashed off. Poor

Arrived shortly after 9.00pm on Monday the 15th of April and ordered two cheese burgers and a Quarter pounder with cheese     and were  directed to the collection window.nWe were greeted with a grunt  and asked to wait while our food was prepared.nNo further interaction until I food was shoved in to the car with nothing more than another grunt. No apology for the wait or thanks for your custom, .nThe terrible customer service was then exacerbated by luke warm food so no idea why were made to wait.nnOn the upside the order was correct which is something of an anomaly for this site.nnI travel extensively and can safely say that this probably the worst MacDonald’s I have the misfortune of visiting.

Poor all round. Focus was on the drivers with the orange bags. Restaurant experience and atmosphere now not catered for. Litter and rubbish lying around with no effort to clear.

Ordered food on the app for click and serve, waited 30 mins and went in as it was really quiet. Food was sitting in the cold and drinks were VERY old. Once I got my food it was cold and wrong so went in to complain. Chips were half full and the iced frappé had full ice chunks and felt like they barely got blended then to find out the drinks still wasn’t probably  done. I had to go in 3 times before they got my order right then to find out I had no dips or straws. Absolutely vile never going here again and I would NEVER suggest here as a place to come get McDonalds. Horrible place

Can only order on interactive board, 15min wait whilst staff prepare every internet/app order first.  Food tepid and deluxe burger nothing special.
