The whole experience felt unnecessarily chaotic.nMy order wasn't checked properly, despite the fact I paid for three extra sauces and initially received none at all. When I politely asked about them, the staff member rolled her eyes, physically threw one sauce into the bag, and walked off. After I explained again that I had ordered three, she huffed and puffed, threw the remaining two into the bag, and walked away without saying a word.nI understand fast food can be busy, but basic order checking and basic manners don't seem like too much to ask. Overall, not a great experience and definitely not what you expect when you're paying for items separately.nWould give 0 stars if it was possible.
Very poor experience. Ordered food which turned up flat cold. The driver picked it straight up so it must have been sat on the side for ages.nnThen when it arrived it was 5 of the items I ordered for my family! Disgusting service as clearly arent checking orders properly.nnThey've got the fast part right they are just missing the food...
Sat at the drive thru order station for over 5 minutes in the right hand lane while watching 4 cars get served before us in the left lane. So proceeded to drive to the window as we presumed it wasn’t working.nExplained what had happened and was told by staff that it was our fault, we should have been more patient and it was because the right hand lane is for ordering drinks thats why we had to wait.nNo sorry, just an excuse about how we should have more patience.nJust a stupid excuse and rude staff.
Order the grinch big mac meal plus a couple extras the main food was fine but the drink was wrong I ordered the grinch lemonade but got large cola instead and was missing the grinch socks that was supposed to come with the meal I normally have issues with the glashoughton store which is way i order from here
Jake in customer care was absolutely lovely. Great customer service.nMy burger was dry and cold and he made sure it was remade to the highest standards asap!nnMany thanks Jake,nnYou’re a star!
