Update Just ordered again today, no double cheeseburger and no bbq sauce, no straws and chips over cooked so just eat will only refund and mcdonalds won't sort it, this place must be run by delinquents, it's written in front of you, it's printed on the reciept, if I didn't do my job I'd get the sack ffs Chips cold, drink warm was a coke not a brew, nuggets also cold and hard, burger had been used as a football I'm guessing, no straws and my wife asked for only ketchup on her burger and got ketchup, mustard and mayo. Employ people who can read. Not great to be fair, luckily don't use these very often.
There a lot of poor reviews I notice and I could be over critical but I'll try to be fair. I was there early and cleaning was starting to take place, and was needed, cleaner was lovely and polite but noticed tables were not 100% after a wipe down. Too many maccys lately are forgetting cleaning is different from wiping down. Muffin came slightly hard, which I quite liked actually, yet not how it's meant. Service staff was very good, and my order came with serviettes and sauce, which I believe is a basic requirement at maccys which some outlets too often forget. I would return. Parking: Parking is available across the road at home bargains.
Slowest service on the planet ever for a McDonalds. They prioritise just eat orders, the drivers park wherever they want taking up the Click & Serve bays. Never a sorry about your wait. 15 mins wait, time to speak to a manager who just wondered off and I'm still waiting.
Ordered via online the user driver called us to say no milkshakes no brownies. Substitution of coke and apple pies. No offer of refund for the difference. Order arrived missing fruit shoots 20 nuggets and chips were raw spent over 60 quid for a shambles. Thankfully uber are on hand and will sort a refund. Will not be ordering from here again ever
My order was fine but lots of people having to complain! It was a very very busy time though. On reflection I think the guys were doing a great job with how busy it was. Dealt with all the complaints quickly and efficiently! Parking: Not much for a busy Mac ds
If you dont wanna wait 30-40 mins for a cheese burger, then don't bother. Long queues not enough staff. Atmosphere was awful wish we walked straight out.Food: 2/5
Partner bought a happy meal for for the squishmallow promotion. Got some plastic rubbish instead, when questioned the guy behind the counter said you aren't always guaranteed a squishmallow. False advertising. Plus ordered take away and was brought out as sitting in. Dream on.Food: 3/5
Drive through experience! Shocking! My order was wrong again, food served cold, milkshake and ice cream machine out of order again and the entrance is a nightmare as it backs up the traffic whom are visiting the retail park. I would like to say that this is the worse drive through I have ever experienced in my whole Mac Donald’s lifetime!!
Waited 45 mins to then see my order disappear from the screen and be told i would have to reorder. Food-Non Existent..Service-None-Atmosphere-Tense with people that wished they'd gone elsewhere..Food: 1/5
Standard McD, but the food was a bit shti tbh. My mcmuff looked like it'd been thrown together with a catapult, and the bread was kinda ripped at the edge. I know it's not a-la-cart, but put some love into your technique Dave man, that's my sarnie!Food: 3/5
