We did an order on the McDonalds app to collect. Part of our order was mossing that we didn't notice until we got back home. Had yo drive all the way back to say and get it . Thankfully, there was no problem with this, though no apology for our inconvenience
Long lines always, staff are nice but its a shame they dont get support from management to help fix some problems. Eg, orderscreen filled with numbers so when your number it ready, it dissapears as the ready to collect part is full of old number ending up that my order is fished from the back stone cold after asking about them 10 numbers ago.nnInteresting way thay make a wrap..nnDrive thru 9/10 times, forget sauces paid for and napkinsnnCollection, store packed like sardines and barely anyone to talk to as they are all behind the wall only popping out to hand out an order and scurry back.nnOverall i think its poor management and worse upler management from headoffice. Such a busy store with such potential, head office refuses to fix issues, just tick boxes and number to them
Incredibly dirty, there was nothing in the burger we ordered except a cutlet and a slice of cheese. I returned it, the staff was surprised, apparently such negligence is standard here. I guess it's better to go to KFC.
These no spark to McDonald's its just mundane corporate food. Can't put my finger exactly on it, but one is not a customer, one is just a number. Are the others any better? Probably not. There's just no spark, no excellence, nothing outstanding, just blank corporate numbing food.
