I would give a zero but not possible it cost 19 pound for 2 breakfast wraps the prices have gone up mental 10 pound delivery we had to pay the wraps came with mold inside of the egg and stuff on the wrap absolutely disgustingFood: 1/5
This place is just what you can expect from a fast food restaurant. Average quality, average/impersonal service and fast paced atmosphere. The prices though have massively skyrocketed in this chain and portions have been made way smaller so I would personally not recommend it.Service: 3/5
Long lines always, staff are nice but its a shame they dont get support from management to help fix some problems. Eg, orderscreen filled with numbers so when your number it ready, it dissapears as the ready to collect part is full of old number ending up that my order is fished from the back stone cold after asking about them 10 numbers ago. Interesting way thay make a wrap.. Drive thru 9/10 times, forget sauces paid for and napkins Collection, store packed like sardines and barely anyone to talk to as they are all behind the wall only popping out to hand out an order and scurry back. Overall i think its poor management and worse upler management from headoffice. Such a busy store with such potential, head office refuses to fix issues, just tick boxes and number to them
Typical mcdonalds, and standard food. The place was extremely busy and absolutely filthy. Food and drink had been spilled on the floor and little had been done to clean it up. I appreciate that this is difficult during peak times but cleanliness in a food and drink environment is paramount.Food: 3/5
Awful. If you are ordering via a delivery app your food will get to you cold every time. Not sure what the employees here do but it's dreadful. Luckily Deliveroo offer a refund if you report items as cold.
Went to McDonalds Drive through and purchased a "Fillet O Fish" Bap. Really enjoyed it, tasted as good as it always did! The service was great and Cashier extremely friendly, dressed up in her Christmas attire! Highly recommended!Food: 5/5
These guys always do a great service, they want customer satisfaction and even called me when I placed an order for delivery to check my order was correct, if they hadn’t I would’ve paid £8 for a patty in a box lol, most fast food places would’ve just served and not bothered knowing it was probably wrong. Thanks for great customer service
Doesn't matter if you order a delivery or use the drive through. This yate branch never gets the order right. Always missing something, and no one gives a dam. You just get told to call customer services, who can only refund you, not rectify the missing food! Never mind the kids are missing their meal!!! I'm not one for negative reviews but this store has messed up too many times to not say something!
Yet again another order missing items, called and was given a number to call for Uber. Number was wrong and still trying to report. McDonald’s claim the fault is with Uber but Uber driver did not pack the food incorrectly. Rubbish service
To be fair it was a Saturday afternoon but this is maccys and is always busy. Forget the fries from our order, food wasn't the warmest and restaurant not the cleanest but that was more to do with the clientele. Disabled parking was okay and easy to find.Food: 3/5
