Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). This is potentially the worst dominos in the UK, awful/rude/staff who can’t understand what you’re trying to say, drivers never read delivery instructions, many times I’ve ordered from here and have never been happy with their service, all I wanted to do was to add a dip onto my order but the guy couldn’t understand me, had to tell him my address multiple times for him to then say “your orders going to be late” so I asked if I could have a dip added onto my order to which he replied “what’s your address” then apparently they didn’t have any record of me ordering and that nothing was ordered to my address. Funnily enough he said after all this it was on its way when I had only ordered minutes before calling. Eventually hung up because he couldn’t understand, why I still order is beyond me when I know full well I’m going to get bad service, eventually turned up, just baffles me how people who work for dominos can’t even work their system or service customers with a basic level of customer service. Food eventually came but how they didn’t know I had ordered or no recollection of my order but then deliver it exactly how I ordered it 30 mins later

We were served by Ale, he was very good organising everything, very quick at making up the bases for it to go off on its production line, he flitted back and forth between taking orders, labelling boxes, checking completed orders, keeping waiting customers happy and making pizza bases with ease and he was polite with it!!  Very busy time too on a Friday night.

I ordered choco pizza and received a pizza with cinimon (no chocolate) and my large pizza looks like some one has shakes the box and jumped on it. I phoned the number 5 times and 4 times the phone was picked up and put down (not placed on hold). Finally spoke to Charlie the manager who says he is understaffed. He is sorry and will send out a new order. This is the second time I have ordered from Domino's and both orders have been wrong.  If I could put photos here I would.

tried gluten free pizza was delivered in less than 15 minutes, was not bad for gluten feee, was really suprised. good service

i normally like their stuff but today i tried chili cheese stuffed crust i don't know what was in my crust but it was not cheese.. i think it was uncooked dough mixed with chilli cheese. it looked nothing like the picture it was kinda like when play doh goes to dry it was just weird and ruined my pizza.
