McDonald's is a fast food restaurant which provides customers with tasty food at affordable prices. You are given the option of whether you want to eat in or out. The staff work hard to provide customer satisfaction and this includes the cleaners who are passionate about hygiene. However, if you are disappointed by some poor service, don't be put off, it is probably a one off!

Staff very friendly and happy. Chap in managers office Asian male late 30 early 40s doesn't look happy. Summoning staff to his office. On Xmas eve. Made me feel uncomfortable and some of the other customers too. Even the staff shouting across floor am i in trouble. I can't but help worrying about them now. 15.08 24.12.2017 During the day visit today all staff very friendly. West Indian or Jamaican accented manager was spot on Working hard and branch is very clean. 17012018

Ok, a few times, at the drive through they got my order wrong, food was cold and fries seemed like they were reheated 3 times. twice didn't put 2 cheseburgers in ,but I did not come back nor I complained. Today I thought it's a hot day and will refresh myself with some cold beverage and sundae. The sundae was just about reached the line of the cup, and the raspberry ripple milkshake had like 2 lines drizzled around the cup. I don't know but seriously why are you advertising something that looks appealing and then dissapoint me with it. I would rather go to burger king or quit junk food in general,why should I support this bussines that doesn't really care about its customers and probably it's workers. If they didn't work at the minimum wage, and were respected more , maybe then the service and the food/drinks/ ice cream would be of better quality.

This McD's was really busy, we used the drive though and it was a long queue.... The quickest drive-through I've ever been to.. Everything was piping hot and the order was 100% correct.. Really impressed.

Very nice staff and quick clean service. Impressed by table clearance and therefore more tables available for customers. Well done.
