This McDonald's is usually very crowded during school dismissal time due to its location. The environment inside is okay, the food is quite good, and the service staff are very friendly.
Takeaway order was completely wrong - totally wrong burger, not big mac, and had bacon on it too; and when I came back they didn't even apologise, just said oh right, it was clearly a mistake. I spent an hour getting home and back to the store, and while they gave me a refund, I still had to get food elsewhere. Great service indeed.
Got a McMuffin that was completely burnt. Took it back and the manager said this is “how they make it.” Charred and bitter isn’t normal. Pretty disappointing food and even worse attitude. Won’t be back.
Terrible service!!! Got burned food Extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's Stilogran today! I ordered a blank McMuffin and a pancake syrup, but what I got was a burned McMuffin that was inedible. Not only that, but they also forgot to include the syrup with my order.nTo make matters worse, when the staff handed me my food, they put it in the box with their bare hands, which is completely unacceptable from a food safety perspective. As a customer, it's disturbing to see such lack of attention to hygiene and safety protocols.nFor a brand that prides itself on quick service and quality food, this is unacceptable. I paid good money for a meal that I couldn't even eat. I have to put burned one in a bin which is wasted. The burned McMuffin was a clear oversight in food preparation, the forgotten syrup was just lazy, and the handling of food without gloves was a serious breach of food safety standards.
I’ve ordered from this place three times through Deliveroo, and every time there has been an issue. Once I received someone else’s order, and on the other two occasions items were missing. One time I was given a meal without the burger, which is unacceptable. I had to go back twice to sort it out. The manager was polite, but the service overall is shocking. It’s hard to understand how these mistakes keep happening—clearly something isn’t being done properly.
