Terrible treatment and approach to visitors. Me and my mother were tired and took a seat there, while all the tables were free. Waiter came and asked us to leave the place, as we didn't order nothing from them. He came twice in 30 sec to kick us out. So rude. By the way, their food is overpriced. Don't recommend this place and will never be back here.
Excellent food. Delicious cakes. And tea is oki. But overall deserves 5 star cause of delicious cakes.
Stopped here for lunch, disappointed over all. Price too expensive for what they serve. Food presentation was poor with salads looking wilted and old. Got a chicken roulade with two salads and they gave lettuce as one of the salads! They gave reasonable portions of other salads but only gave a small amount of lettuce, which is unreasonable as it is counted as one of the two salads. 6 staff standing behind a non busy counter and only one person cleaning tables. Poor customer service, no smiles or engagement with customers and most of them gave the over all feeling that they didnt want to be there. A lot of glum faces! Food was served on chipped plates. The food was OK, the coffee was quit good. Overall experience not worth the price they charge.
The two stars are for the friendly staff. My vegetable pie was burnt and without filling. Salads needed seasoning in my opinion. Vegetarian options: There was a selection of vegetarian options available
I asked for a small salad witch I was charged 11 euros. The salad didn't taste anything, terrible looking and taste. This place doens't deserve any star at all.
I ordered iced tea and was served hot tea, I pointed out the mistake to the guy and was simply told that they do not have iced tea, which I should have been told before and not afterwards. Obviously no effort on the part of the staff to offer me an alternative. Two small bottles of still water paid €2.80 each, I asked if I could have a glass of ice since the water was at room temperature but I was told that they don't have ice. With all the alternatives there are in the shopping centre, I would advise you to stay away from this place.
Decent coffee, but they have a very small selection of food.
I was sitting in here in the restaurant with my partner as she was feeding her baby and was approached unmannerly and I was told in order to sit her that I had to eat out of the cafe this made my experience not very pleasant and felt uncomfortable, if they had patience to wait until we got the baby settled we where going up to eat but as far as I got a coffee and left the restaurant, Vegetarian options: You have to pay extra for non diary alternatives
So I went there today while in Dundrum because it was fairly quiet and everywhere else was mental. Like it might be standard but they charged €2.85 for a bottle of water and a small cappucino was €4.25 and a flat white €3.75 So altogether two bottles of water and two coffees was like 15 quid. I thought that was a mental price. Coffee was mediocre and your man who worked there who resembled Borat hadn't a notion what was going on. Definitely will not be returning
We went in here to grab a quick bite. I experienced my worst coffee ever in Dublin. The only reason I am giving it a 2 star is because the coleslaw was good. But definitely not going there again.
