extremely unsatisfying service waitress mistook the order which would be okay bare the fact we didn't get two items that we ordered and one additional item we hadn't ordered, but to top that off when the food came the wrap had a hair in it and they replaced it but by the time the replacement wrap came the rest of us had already finished our food. When we went to the till i told the manager that was serving that the waitress had said we would get the wrap free of charge but he disagreed with that and proceeded to ask for the full amount. i thought this was a bit cheeky a the tone he used should not be used to address a dog. very disappionting experience.

Really disappointed in few things with this diner tonight 1. The guy that served our table looked like he hated his job n wasn't very pleasant at all 2 my friend and I both ordered hot dogs chips n a drink so disappointed the hot dogs were not warm n cheese was cold on them compared to the hot dogs eddies use to serve before they r just not the same even the bun was pathetic so all in all disappointing .should of went to McDonald's.....the only thing good was the company I dined with ...!!!! Sorry guys but for the prices u charge food is not up to scratch

Burger came out burnt and they forgot order of wings. Were super quick to fix with no hastle.

Love Eddie rockets, when I visit Ireland I'm as excited to see family as I am to get a decent burger.
