*RUINED* is how I would describe my evening after eating this Pad Thai. It consisted of a few slippery noodles, and some cheap sweet chilli sauce. Same quality as your local Chinese. Again.. My evening is ruined.

was there last week wit my 3 kids got the beef with black pepper parts of the meal was hot and parts were a bit cold were my own conclusion was it was a rush job just to try deal wit the costumers asap

Dined at Mao's Stillorgan yesterday evening, food was superb, really well presented and restaurant very comfortable,service was excellent, very impressed and highly recommend.

Total decline It used to be a decent place for Thai food. It used to be. We went recently for lunch. I ordered hot Thai soup and cashew nuts chicken. Well, soup was mediocre: loads of mushroms and 3 prawns. But the "real treat" was the main. Cashew nuts chicken with almost no cashew nuts and a tiny bits of chicken. But they managed to squeeze 2 full red onions instead. A big pile of onions! I guess because it is the cheapest ingreedient. We were waiting for the lovely onion dish almost 30 minutes. My other colleagues were far from being impressed too. This is not the first incident at Mao, I wouldn't write this review if it was otherwise. It seems that they reached the bottom and it stays like that now. Avoid.

Far too expensive for the quality of food that you get. Chicken was cold and slimy, portions are ridiculous. Would not recommend to anyone.
